民進黨主席蔡英文主張兩岸政策維持現狀，立法院長王金平昨（28）日以兩岸飛航協議為例，強調行政部門對不涉及修法的協議主張審查期滿應可自動生效，但民進黨卻是為反對而反對，「難道這就是蔡英文所說的維持現狀嗎？」

王金平昨天在臉書貼文批評蔡英文的兩岸政策，王金平指出，蔡英文主張「維持現狀」，但什麼叫做「維持現狀」？是什麼都不做嗎？還是拒絕任何有益台灣人民的事？

他說，日前陸委會主委夏立言到立法院拜訪他，提及「兩岸飛航安全協議」事宜，因為協議內容主要是針對提升飛航安全與服務品質，對兩岸航空公司、人民往返，甚至是所有飛機維修業務都有幫助，所以行政部門希望儘快生效。

但是，民進黨黨團總召柯建銘卻說，兩岸飛航安全協議要生效「沒有這回事」。王金平強調，當初這個協議，只是單純的備查案，沒有涉及法令修正，可是在院會處理時，民進黨黨團要求改交委員會審查，但實際上卻不排任何審查會。
